Ok so yesterday went quite well. We drank lots of water and my OH had his extra 100 cals to make his 600 cal day. This he did mainly with coffee and tea.
So on to day 4. This morning we had gluten free porridge made with water, and topped with a tablespoon of spiced apple and plum compote. Actually rather delish. Made 250 cals each so half way there.
OH wilted somewhat before evening meal so he had a slice of bread and butter for 110 cals
This evening we had baked chicken breast, no skin, baked in oven in lemon juice with black pepper and tarragon 175g = 174 cals.
25g sweetcorn = 18 cals and
100g of baby boiled potatoes = 53 cal
so a total of 245cals.
Therefore we allowed ourselves a large green salad and tomato on the side. Actually quite filling and rather nice. 🙂
